Affiliate Terms

An eligible user can activate a referral link or code. The first valid direct referral binding is permanent and cannot be replaced. You may not refer yourself, create cycles, control both sides, buy identities, or evade a prior binding. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, or authority to speak for Robinus Labs.

A direct user qualifies only after a permanent direct binding, at least two finalized mainnet trades on two different days, at least USD 100 of rolling 30-day mainnet volume, and fraud/risk clearance. Demo, Test, indirect, held, reverted, and flagged activity does not count.

• New: 7% direct rate after link activation.
• Basic: 10% at 3 qualified directs and USD 10,000 direct 30-day volume.
• Pro: 15% at 10 qualified directs and USD 75,000 volume.
• VIP 1: 20% at 25 qualified directs and USD 350,000 volume.
• VIP 2: 25% at 50 qualified directs and USD 1.5 million volume.
• VIP 3: 30% at 100 qualified directs and USD 5 million volume.
• VIP 4: 35% at 250 qualified directs and USD 20 million volume.
• VIP 5: 40% at 500 qualified directs and USD 75 million volume.

Both the direct-user and volume milestone must be met using finalized eligible data. Promotions apply after fraud checks. If an account falls below its tier, it receives a 14-day grace period and then can drop by at most one tier per review. Historical finalized rewards are not repriced because a tier later changes.

Your direct rate applies to eligible Robinus revenue from your direct users, not their trade principal and not total trading volume. A higher upline may receive 25% of only the positive difference between its nominal tier rate and the highest nominal rate below it. Robinus retains the remaining 75% of that difference. An upline never receives its full direct rate on indirect volume.

If eligible Robinus revenue is USD 100, the direct affiliate is New at 7%, and the eligible upline is VIP 3 at 30%, the direct affiliate receives USD 7. The positive gap is USD 23; the upline receives one quarter of it, USD 5.75. Total affiliate payout is USD 12.75 and Robinus retains USD 87.25.

A direct affiliate may choose a 0–5 percentage-point trader giveback funded from its own direct rate. Giveback does not increase any Level Bonus, tier gap, or total branch cost.

Rewards arise only from finalized, reconciled revenue actually received by Robinus after creator and protocol obligations. Estimates are not payable balances. Payouts may be subject to asset minimums, batch schedules, wallet verification, two-person approval, network fees, legal checks, and Safe execution. You are responsible for taxes and for providing a usable wallet.

Robinus Labs may reject activity; hold, cancel, reverse, or recover rewards; restrict an account; or request evidence when activity may involve self-referral, cycles, duplicate identities, fake or wash volume, bots, exploits, sanctions, errors, reorgs, or legal risk. No reward is final until marked paid after reconciliation.

Affiliate marketing must be truthful, lawful, and clearly disclose that you may earn rewards. Do not promise returns, call rewards guaranteed or passive income, impersonate Robinus Labs, spam, target restricted users, hide material risks, bid on Robinus trademarks, or make financial, legal, or tax claims on our behalf.

Robinus Labs may change future rates, milestones, qualification, minimums, or availability with a new published version, and may end participation for breach, abuse, legal risk, or program closure. Already finalized legitimate rewards remain governed by the version recorded when earned, subject to correction and hold rights above.
