Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Robinus Labs uses to operate Robinus, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not need your seed phrase or private key.
Version 2026-07-21 · Effective July 21, 2026
1. Information we process
- Account data: wallet addresses, Privy account identifiers, authentication events, and policy acceptances.
- Product data: token metadata, uploads, referral bindings, tier evidence, reward records, preferences, and support messages.
- Blockchain data: public addresses, transactions, balances, logs, pools, and other public network activity.
- Security and device data: limited request logs, approximate network information, browser/device details, abuse signals, and hashed IP or user-agent evidence for sensitive actions.
2. What we do not want
Do not send Robinus Labs a seed phrase, private key, wallet recovery code, or password. Robinus is self-custody software and does not need those secrets. If someone asks for them while claiming to represent Robinus, treat it as a scam.
3. How we use information
- Provide authentication, launches, trading views, portfolios, referrals, and support.
- Index public networks and reconcile finalized fees and rewards.
- Prevent fraud, self-referral, manipulation, attacks, and misuse.
- Debug, monitor, secure, and improve performance and reliability.
- Comply with law, sanctions, valid legal process, and accounting obligations.
4. When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably needed with infrastructure, authentication, storage, security, RPC, analytics, professional, and support providers working for us; with authorities when legally required; during a financing, reorganization, or sale; or when you direct us to share it. Public blockchain transactions and token metadata are visible to anyone and cannot be made private by us.
5. Cookies and local storage
Robinus uses browser storage and similar technology for sessions, wallet state, policy acceptance, mode selection, preferences, security, and product operation. We may add privacy-conscious product analytics before launch and will update this policy if that changes what we collect or share.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Security, acceptance, transaction, accounting, referral, payout, dispute, and compliance records may be kept longer when needed to protect users, reconcile money, or meet legal obligations. Public blockchain records are controlled by the network, not Robinus Labs.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for the risk, including encryption, access controls, secret management, monitoring, and audit records. No internet or blockchain system is perfectly secure. Protect your device and wallet and report suspected issues to security@robinus.io.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive certain personal information, or object to some processing. Email privacy@robinus.io from the relevant account and be prepared to prove wallet control. We may retain information where law, security, fraud prevention, or accounting requires it.
9. International processing and children
Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to appropriate legal safeguards where required. Robinus is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Updates and contact
Material changes receive a new policy version and may require renewed acceptance. Contact privacy@robinus.io for privacy requests or support@robinus.io for general help. Robinus Labs’ final legal address and jurisdiction will be published before Live mainnet access.
