Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to Robinus at robinus.io and its related applications, APIs, Demo, Test, and Live modes (the Service). By using the Service or selecting “I agree & continue,” you accept these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Affiliate Terms.

Robinus is a self-custody software interface. Robinus Labs does not take custody of your wallet keys or guarantee that any token, pool, protocol, network, or third-party service will operate.

You must be at least 18, able to form a binding agreement, and legally permitted to use the Service where you are located. You may not use it if you are subject to applicable sanctions, are in a prohibited jurisdiction, or would violate any law by doing so. We may request information, restrict access, or refuse service to meet legal, fraud, or security obligations.

You control your wallet, credentials, recovery methods, approvals, and signatures. Never share a seed phrase or private key with us. Transactions you sign are submitted to a blockchain and generally cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Review the network, destination, token, amount, fees, slippage, approvals, and transaction data before signing. You are responsible for transactions signed by your wallet and for keeping it secure.

Users may create token pages and submit names, symbols, images, descriptions, links, and other content. A token appearing on Robinus is not reviewed, sponsored, endorsed, or guaranteed by Robinus Labs.

If you create or promote a token, you are responsible for its legality, your statements, intellectual-property rights, required disclosures, taxes, and obligations to buyers or your community. Do not claim guaranteed returns, impersonate others, or use content you do not have the right to use.

The Service may help you interact with wallets, Robinhood Chain, Doppler, Uniswap, RPC providers, storage providers, and other third-party systems. Robinus Labs does not control those systems. Their code, fees, availability, rules, and security can change or fail. Your use of them may also be governed by their own terms.

Before a transaction, Robinus will show the platform fee known to the interface. The current target trading fee is 1.25%, but the final wallet review and onchain transaction control. Network gas, wallet, protocol, routing, price impact, and third-party fees may also apply. There is no separate Robinus token-creation fee in v0.

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your activity, rewards, or gains.

Referral rewards, creator earnings, and other incentives are conditional programs, not guaranteed income. Eligibility depends on finalized receipts, program rules, fraud checks, holds, minimums, and applicable law. See the Affiliate Terms. We may reject, hold, correct, reverse, or recover amounts tied to errors, reorgs, chargebacks, manipulation, self-referral, sanctions, or abuse.

• Illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, or money laundering.
• Market manipulation, wash activity, fake volume, or misleading promotion.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, scraping abuse, or attacks.
• Impersonation, harassment, infringement, or harmful content.
• Bypassing limits, access controls, holds, or security measures.

Digital assets are speculative and may lose all value. Information shown by the Service may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Robinus Labs is not your broker, adviser, fiduciary, or agent. Read the Risk Disclosure before transacting.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including new launches, trading routes, referrals, or access, for security, maintenance, legal, third-party, or business reasons. We may suspend an account or wallet from our interface when we reasonably believe it creates legal, fraud, abuse, or security risk. This does not give us control over a public blockchain.

Robinus software, design, branding, and original content belong to Robinus Labs or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You may not use Robinus branding to imply endorsement. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Robinus Labs and its team will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost tokens, protocol failure, or transaction loss. Our total liability for claims tied to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or platform fees you paid directly to Robinus Labs in the six months before the event. Some places do not allow every exclusion, so local law may give you additional rights.

To the extent allowed by law, you will defend and indemnify Robinus Labs and its team from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, token, promotion, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Contact support@robinus.io first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. The Robinus Labs incorporation jurisdiction, registered address, governing law, venue, and any required dispute procedure will be inserted and reviewed before Live mainnet access is enabled. Demo and Test modes have no asset value and do not authorize Live use before that launch notice is published.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will receive a new version and require acceptance again. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and linked policies are the entire agreement about the Service unless a separate written agreement applies. Contact support@robinus.io.
